It should also be noted that flexible is now the new normal.  So when you see a normal raid scheduled on the calendar, it's what use to be the flexible raid.

Also, if you weren't at the meeting but are interested in raiding, please in game mail me with what day or night works best for you to raid, even if you're not quite geared at the moment.

Thanks Ric for getting this posted to fast.  I greatly appreciate it.

Heroic raid is the old normal and it's now a flexible raid allowing from 10 to 30 players. Players can drop and join at any time as long as we keep at least 10 going. The highest level is Mythic and it's not flexible.

No loot drama is allowed.

Stopping point for evening raids will be 10:30 or 11:00 PM (server time).

If there's anything wrong, please talk to Cathy before the problem mushrooms beyond what we want.

Raiding requirements:
 - ilvl should be 540+ (before Warlords of Draenor drops)
 - After Warlords drops, we'll discuss new ilvl requirements.
 - Must be gemmed and enchanted. (I suggest using askmrrobot.com as a tool to assist with this. -Ric)
 - Suggested addons: GTFO and DBM
 - Must be on Mumble

Try to do an LFR run of the raid(s) before doing a normal run so you're a little more familiar with it before starting

Some research, like watching TankSpot videos, should help a lot with preparedness.

Day-time raid run on November 8th. Check the in-game guild calendar.

No raiding is scheduled the first few days of the expansion due to ... SQUIRREL!

Keep an eye on the Guild calendar in game to see what's happening. Things can and will change from regular schedule due to expansion and holidays.

Floor was opened to Q&A

Nyrva: Suggested the idea of working on a Horde raid team with our new Horde sister guild, Renewed Horde.

Zachery: Asked for best way to get geared up to 540. Suggestions included getting Books of Eternity on Timeless Isle, getting gear from Shadopan vendor, doing the Blasted Lands pre-expension quests, getting craftable gear, and a small voice mentioned PVP gear.

Nyrva: Garrison followers will give you pretty good gear.

Sinestrel: Looking for Group can help you get a decent BoA weapon from Garrosh if you end up with a good group.
